Have to say I was directed here by someone who had used the shop for repair before. The chap who owns I repair you can see why people refer him . Professional , polite , helpful and really really knows his stuff. Repair work is spot on and I wouldn't hesitate in referring business his way for any phone, tablet, or pad repairs in the future.
Amazing and very professional service compared to other repair shops I've used in Fleet. My phone was repaired with a warranty within 30 mins of me dropping it off! Would highly recommend!
I rang to enquire if they could replace the battery on my Blackberry KeyOne. They said of course and to drop it in. Within an hour my battery had been replaced. Lovely people, very responsive and very professional. Will definitely use again for my tech needs. Thank you!!
Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this phone repair shop, the work they do is timely and cost efficient. Initially called to replace my phone screen (old iPhone SE), they provided me with pricing options and explained the differences, they're pricing was competitive compared to others. They were also kind enough to give me a free tempered glass screen protector for it too. I later noticed that my top front microphone was no longer working correctly so I returned a couple weeks later and explained, they had it fixed in 30mins free of charge and let me check it to make sure I was happy. For any future phone repairs I'll be going to them, even though they're not my closest phone repair shop.
