Great gym, owner is great and friendly, very helpful with my training and a good conversationist, friendly atmosphere you can literally talk to anyone and ask questions, great gym for the weightlifter but equally as good for the more athletic type with a large range of fitness equipment, also has space for martial arts training and boxing equipped with punch bags, focus mits and gloves, very much recommend this gym
Superb facilities and great team ethos from its members
