That check in form is something asked me to sign as I was leaving the shop, you know very well that I didn't have the time to read all the small print regarding price or minimum labour costs. I suggest in the future you state explicitly to your customers that there will be a minimum cost. 2. Re your phone call, you indeed stated that you would install it in my system. But again, at no point did you state that that would be included in the price. If anything, it was inferred that it would cost extra. So again, I suggest that you're more explicit regarding pricing. 3. So you were happy to charge me 25 for something that you said that you would do while I wait.... or is it because I left it with you and signed your form?

We live in an age of shopping depersonalisation, of consumers not customers. Our high streets are close to extinction but refuse to die. But Gloucester Road stands tall among independent stretches of road and I Love My PC typifies the spirit of the street. Take it from someone who knows, if you want a computer, a laptop, a tablet or you are desperate to fix whatever the hell it is that is wrong with the one you already have, you need to come here. With half a lifetime of knowledge behind them, they can solve just about any problem and they actually go out of their way to keep the costs as close to the ground as possible . Quite simply, there is no better computer shop in Bristol.

These gentlemen have gone out of their way to help me ensure my first PC build goes successfully despite me not being a big spender. They even put together a bag of screws for me when my case didn't come with any. The only place in Bristol to go for PC repairs.

Have been here 3 times in the last year and always received sincere and honest service. I bought a second hand laptop 6 months ago and it has run like a dream. Will definitely be going back...!! Returned here a year after my last review. If you need a really good USB mouse then buy their Genius mouse. I used to use an Apple USB mouse which was unreliable. Then I got a 6.99 Patuoxun mouse from Amazon which was pretty good, but a bit loose when clicking the movement was a little untrustworthy for things like drawing. I was using their Genius mouse in store and it was much better than either - cost me a tenner. Once again, theses guys have saved me a load of time and hassle with my computing. See you again next year!

I've had the best 'customer care' that I've ever had in my life @ this computer outlet.
