Really amazing customer service...we got caught in a big road traffic accident on the way to Gatwick and company changed the booking and met us at the airport and collected our car from us there rather than us have to drive to the depot. The service on the way home was great too....we landed at 1.30am and the whole process of having the car returned to us was smooth and quick. Thank you...would definitely use again!

Honestly the worst experience ever. The staff were rude and unhelpful, they would rather sit around talking to each other than serve you. There is only one gentleman there that seems to do any work. He was lovely but everyone else there might as well not have been. We had to press the buzzer to get let into the car park for over 5 minutes, only to be met with a rude employee on reception. We had to wait over 25 minutes outside in 0 degree temperatures for a shuttle because they were so disorganized they did not have enough shuttles going to accommodate the influx of customers - which I find astounding as you have to choose a time slot on booking. People had been waiting for so long that they were starting to argue with each other about who would get on the next shuttle. In most other circumstances I would say that people should be patient, but people are trying to catch flights so I understand why people expect prompt and efficient service. Also, reception should have told us that we would be waiting for this long when we went in so we could have got an Uber instead of standing there freezing. I would rather pay the extra and park at the car park in the airport. I would not waste your time or money with this car park unless you have all the time in the world before your flight and don't value customer service.
Best carparking service we've had at a London airport. On the departure date we pulled up, signed paperwork, left the keys with them and had an immediate transfer to the airport. On arrival back in the UK, we phoned up after collecting our luggage and 10-15mins later they pulled up in our car, handed the keys over (after checking ID) and we were off on our way home. We have had some nightmares with other companies in the past of not being able to get hold of them when we departed and returned. Almost missing our outbound flight and waiting for nearly 2 hours to get our car back on return! Every time we fly now we will be using \I Love\ as they were brilliant!
