Absolutely don't hesitate. Sonny answered the phone and was the guy that came out. Very polite and reasonable in price. Many other companies were more costly when I spoke with them on the phone. Sonny not only found where the leak was, but dug it out on a muddy and rainy day. He also reached out to a friend to try and interpret what the heck the prior plumber. Worth every penny and will be recommending to anyone who has misfortune to need their services.

I Find Leaks was recommended to me by a plumber. They have the state of the art equipment and reasonable. They found exactly where the roots were located underneath the house and had a solution of jetting the pipes. The other option was to tear up a new floor in the kitchen. Thank God we didn't have to do that. They were prompt and curious also.
I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. I called on a holiday weekend and expected to leave a message when Jeremy answered the phone. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process very thoroughly to me and I felt very comfortable having I Find Leaks come out to my house. Not only did he show up on time he was actually early! He called me to let me know that he was running ahead of time had to make sure that it was ok to come out early. I thought I had things to do this day I was very pleased that he was coming out early and assured him that it would be fine. What's Jeremy got to my home he quickly and efficiently got to work. He found my leak in no time he had the wall opened with only one hole and was able to install a temporary patch until my plumber could come out and make a permanent repair. I was amazed at how quickly this was done! The price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone and I couldn't have been happier to give him my money. I have never written one of these reviews before but after having such an amazing experience with I find leaks I figured I would start. Thank you Jeremy and I find leaks for not only doing what you said you would do, doing it on time, and doing it quickly, but also for doing it all with a big smile on your face, and a great attitude.
Jeremy was professional, on time on short notice, and wore a mask due to the pandemic. He was able to quickly locate a leak in our block wall. He provided us with an option to cut the block wall and provide a temporary repair until we could have a plumber make the necessary repairs. We opted for the temporary repair. He was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend I Find Leaks for leak detection. Knowledgeable and quick to respond.
