For years I've been going to the major high street optician beginning with S, but no more now I've found this brilliant small local opticians (i care) the service is second to none, its on a very personal friendly level, they don't just want to get you in and out and the range of glasses is amazing, from now on me my family & friends will all be going to i care opticians. During the initial covid 19 lockdown in march, i somehow lost one of the nose pads on my glasses. The icare shop was closed and unable to use my glasses which are needed to drive and for work. I contacted icare via the website, sure enough within 24 hours, they replied and the following day, new replacement nose pads were delivered to my home to repair the glasses. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent support and service icare have given.
very happy with the service and the care and support in your eye heath as its must to get your eyes checked as you have only have one set to last your lifetime and must take care my new glass are very nice and fit just right for my head and there 100% perfect and very very happy with the service
Great staff, Mr ali was really nice to talk to . It's a lovely place to go for you eye steated and they have so lovely frames for al the family to chose from staff do a great job
This opticians offers exceptional pairs of glasses as well as helpful and professional advice. I recently had my eyes checked and the manner and professionalism is outstanding I'd recommend this place!
