There to solve an isdue with their app on two fifferent smsrtphones, and I must say that not only were the issies taken serious, the time spend with no less than two developerd more than exceded my expectations! I am very impressed with their service (and were offered both coffee and cake - not to bribe me I may ad, but as a curticy)!

Bought a ticket on my phone like I usually do 10 times before that yesterday the driver refused med to go in the bus. I called the customer service today and no refund she just told me it's nothing to be mad about. I didn't print my ticket on psysical paper really really bad
Drivers should be required to take a course in general hospitality.
Horrible service at a very elevated price level compared to other towns in Europe. Only offers buses and one light rail line which is unusable to a great deal of the population. Buses often don't follow their schedule (a weird mixture of being late or too early) and even if you complain 1000 times nothing gets improved, not to mention you do not get a refund of any kind. That being said, you can get fined if you are unable to purchase a ticket from their app when their app is not working, which is ridiculous. Last but not least, the new bus schedules from January 2018 have made it even worse to travel with Midttrafik. Avoid at all cost if you can.
Horrible customer service, impossible to get help. All you get is sorry we cannot help you
Respect people, professional attitudes, with a smile
Bus 107, that suppose to come on 9.00 didn’t show up. Pointless
The buses in Århus are always late in the morning and always too crowed.
