Our group stayed with Ruth at the Hotel SchopPerle and I speak for all of us when I say this, Ruth is by far the kindest patron we met through our trip across Europe. All the staff are kind, helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is quirky and full of character, with airy rooms and large balconies. The food was very good and if you stay you need to try the pickled pine tree, an acquired taste but for all of us a first and a hell of a conversation topic! I can't praise Ruth enough for our stay, rather than just another hotel it felt completely like we were home from home. The place is an absolute gem and all of us want to return to enjoy the homely hospitality we all recieved. Keep up the great work Ruth, love from Sam and the Lotus Group xx

Alles in Allem sind die Zimmer schmuddelig, die handelnden Personen unfreundlich, das Essen verkocht und geschmacklos und dann wird sich auch noch über Gäste beschwert, die in Ihr Zimmer wollen, aber mangels Technik die Buchung nicht nachvollziehbar ist und anstatt zu sagen, okay das klären wir später, wenn der Rest der Reisegruppe eintrifft, wollte man den Zugang zum Zimmer verweigern. Hier ist die Dame des Hauses überfordert aber 2 der Höhepunkte waren die Aussagen: "wir machen jetzt wegen 2 Pizzas den Pizzaofen nicht an, das kostet schon alleine 75 Strom, oder meine Frage nach Rührei beim dürftigen Frühstück wurde mit einem klaren und unfreundlichem "Nein, das mache ich jetzt nicht, ich bin alleine in der Küche"-beantwortet . Wenn man schon einen Dienstleistungsbetrieb führt sollte man sich auch ein wenig am Gast orientieren. Ich verstehe nicht eine, der positiven Bewertungen. Einmal und nie wieder.
Leider ist die Corona Karte nicht so gut alles aus dem Tiefkühler hatten schon besser gegessen.
