Wonderful little hotel. Friendly service. Work for the guest. Nice breakfast. Good restaurant. Nice quiet location. Really like that they work for the guests. Bravo . My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. They just need to improve the cocktails they are not that great. Great cooking with a heart . Bravo

We booked for 5 nights including diner. Nice Hotel in cosy little town called Häusern. Spotless interior and very helpful staff. The common spaces are rather classical but nevertheless classy. The design rooms are spacious and impressive. Fantastic good boxspring bed and dito pillows. Stange that there were no coffee nor tea facilities in the room. The welness is out off category and must have cost a small fortune. Never to crowdy and always accessible despite Covid limitations. Great overall look and feel! The restaurant is very classic but for me the dishes were not levelling with their 1 * rating. Only false note appeared at the check out. The so called hoteloffer ( for our wedding anniversary ) was disguised as a gesture during the booking. Howver at checkout this was charged harsh. Felt like a cheap rip off. When discussing this during check out we got rejected in a very cold and unpleasant way. Regrettable after a very pleasant holiday to leave with this experience.

Wonderful little Hotel with large rooms, very good food, and attentive, friendly staff. Their Michelin star restaurant caters well for a romantic dinner but also large groups. They got the steak just right for 65 people at the same time at my wedding.
