I used John Parker International services, to move my 23 yo horse from the UK to France (around 1,000km). I was a bit stressed as I always used to drive my horse myself. Everything went well. My horse arrived happy and full of energy. And I was given some news regularly from the driver. All my tack arrived as planned with my horse as well. I would definitely recommend this company and use their services again if needs be.

The worst experience ever! It’s a shame there’s no option for 0 stars... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve never known a bunch of people be so rude in my life. As a paying customer I am appalled at how I was treated by the staff at John Parker international. Couldn’t get any updates on what was going on and when I called up to ask, a lady called Michelle SIGHED down the phone at me and was so rude! couldn’t get information as to what paperwork was needed either and didn’t know when my horse was getting picked up until 2 hours before they picked him up ? I asked to speak to John the boss at one point as wasn’t getting anywhere with anyone else, turns out he also had no clue what was going on in his own company! The only positive about the whole experience was the lady on the lorry who brought him back, Gemma. She was lovely and kept me updated. I used this company as I thought it was one of the bigger company’s so the most reliable but this definitely WASN’T the case. Please do your research and put your trust in the smaller company’s instead
I’ve been a customer for more than 20 years. They are true horse-people. Their level of knowledge and service is one of a kind. 5* horsebox fleet, with climate control and onboard camera I don’t need to tell them that proper snow/winter tyres is a must. Snow-chances a smart thing to bring, to Norway . They have been here countless off times and know. Thank you ️ for delivering fresh, happy horses, that look like they have been travelling for a few miles down the road.
Parkers are the best!! Your horse will be in the best hands all the time! Helen is perfect driver and will be in touch all the way! Michelle from the office is amazing to deal with and will sort everything out for you! I can only recommend!!!
They did a good job on collection of my horse and riding equipment from belguim, however not so happy on delivery, only my horse was delivered and not my riding equipment, let me believe it was mislaid, but became clear that they holding my saddle and equipment back until payment went through. Would not recommend them to anyone.
