Tracey has been providing me with an Indian Head massage (upper back, shoulders, neck and head) for many years now and the occasional reflexology session. She is a kind, gentle person who is fantastic at both massage and reflexology. I can highly recommend her and her magic hands! Fabulous.

I highly recommend Tracey services. My neck and shoulders are usually very tense and painful. I went to Tracey for reflexology 3 weeks ago and I have been completely without pain since. In that time I have travelled with heavy bags and moved house so it is wonderful to still be pain free. Thank you Tracey

Tracey is a very professional and skilled health & wellbeing practitioner. She has come into our offices on a number of occasions with excellent feedback from the team and any treatments I have personally received have always helped me feel better, recover from sport and/or the general challenges of a busy life. She is kind, caring and empathetic - plus incredibly organised with her diary! The pre treatment reminders are great and often necessary!

Nice Landlord!

I have tried a few reflexology place in and around Hythe but can honestly state that Tracey is by far the best. The only problem, if I may call it that, is Tracey only works two days a week. It would be nice if the practice was open six/seven days a week. Keep up the good work.
