This is a smallish retail park very close to the main road to Sunderland and also the new bridge over the Wear. When we visited the carpark was quite full and the entrance and exit were very busy. However due to the location (just off the main road) this retail park is easy to get to and so will quite likely use it again.

Good place to go shopping, good mix of shops too. Sadly Aldi is due to close its branch there and to be honest when it does we will be going elsewhere. Its a great shop , clean with really friendly efficient staff . Cant understand why its down for closure because its always been a busy shop. Think again Aldi you will lose a lot of loyal customers over this move.
Nice coffee from Greggs
Bits of everything from coffees an snacks to take away or eat in. Paint household things. Pets stuff it's great all in the same place and free parking
