Shocking. Called asking about a spare lock for a Technal door. (this is a lock fitted to a Technal door on a 10m house) I was told \you will have to speak to one of our customers about spare parts\ She then gives me a mobile number and a name and attempts to end the conversation. I ask for a landline number and an email address \we don't have that\ was her reply followed by \do you want the part or not?\ This is I think a touch of the old 'receptionist that thinks she is the owner of the business' syndrome. Unbelievable!

Goods yard staff excellent but if you're a visiting driver it's almost impossible to use the toilets as you need a card to enter factory . Toilets are 300m away form yard that's ok but not if you are touching clothq
My partner and I are small developers on the south coast. I have tried this company 4 times in 2 weeks to ask if there is a showroom that I can visit to view their 'Crown Aluminium Window' range. The first time I was told Marianne in sales wasn't in, so no one was available to tell me. The next time Marianne was going to contact her manager and get him to call me. The 3rd time she cut me off. Now today she put the phone down on my business partner, when the call started getting heated. We will never be using this company. If this is the quality of service when you're trying to give them money - imagine if we had a problem with their product and needed assistance.
