Visited in November, long discussion about features and benefits of different hot tubs with Andy and Chris. Base and electric contractors arranged by Andy. Delivery and installation was well planned, smooth and easy, with excellent maintenance instructions given by Andy. We’ve had a couple of small hitches and Martin the engineer has been fabulous, the electrics tripped, I called at 4.30pm and Martin was onsite by 1pm next day. Emails regarding chemical readings are responded to immediately. Cannot recommend the company highly enough, we are delighted with the product and extremely pleased to have purchased from such a friendly and professional company.
Excellent and efficient service right from start to finish. No pressure sales, honest and useful advice on which tub was right for us, delivered exactly when they said they would and the guys who delivered to us, nothing was too much trouble. We love our tub even more than we hoped and thought we would. Highly recommended
