Not helpful for people... They r only opened shop to earn money.. they dont want easy problems to sort out

Staff behaviour is not at all good. Staff here don't care for your problems but they keep on chit chatting with colleagues letting you wait watching their conversations and they are not at all bothered about your problems. Am able to get an idea for what they are getting paid for.

I believe this might have got closed by now because of Vodafone merger. Here the staff are rude to it's customers and don't have any ethics. Unnecessary waiting because of their worst behavior and don't care for the customer at all. It will unnecessarily get bad name for the brand because of these kind of people.

WOREST SERVICE ,WOREST RESPONCE I visited in balkampet idea showroom in 3 days back i given a request postpaid to prepaid he told me formalities is completed .your sim is activated with in 3 days after 3 days again i visited in that showroom i shaked they are not login my form also finally there staying now mistake your end please pay another 5 days of the rental connection we will login your form again.. THIS IS BALKAMPET IDEA SHOWROOM WAREST SERVICE PLEASE TRY TO AVOID THIS SHOWROOM BETER TO GO OTHER SHOWROOM

It's beside the main road. Not very spacious. No professional look. Just ok. It's near Manappuram- Ameerpet Balkampet branch.
