Upstox is not resolving the customer issues, I raised complaint against holdings 20days ago but still not resolved. Daily sending mails and follow up the ticket their performance is poor with customer satisfaction

A girl named geetha said me that she will provide a loan and took all my documents and gave to his friend name Sairaj ramagiri Both of them working for upstox company opened my demat and trading account with out any information to me These two people are doing fraud posting on facebook that they will provide loans and taking the documents and opening the demat and trading account
