RTA jeedimetla . The place where we can see our death b coz in this covid situation they are not taking any precautions and in this summer there is no proper shelter for the people to stand and even there is no sealing fan I hate that place

My experience was good. Do not take unnecessary help of touts and agents. For any questions or concerns ask the inspectors or policeman in there. Too much of unnecessary crowds which is taken as an advantage by these all agents. Do not panic and do your part of work and complete it. Ask questions to sensible people around or else you will be also in dark and clueless situation as most of the people there who comes for registration. Ask people who have completed the process. Never panic and show your frustration there. Put the documents as per the order mentioned on the list.

Highly unorganized place with no proper facilities. I had to get fried in sun while waiting for my wife's licence. And off-course you will get licence through broker and not by following rules. People visit many and facilities provided are for few in number. No proper parking lots, if you park at any place the official will come and show is power to un-park the vehicle. No drinking water, no sheds to stay in shadow. One has to get fried in sun. It is a Road Transport Authority office and you will not find roads inside. All mud one can find. The government is getting huge revenue from here and they have no responsibility of providing minimum facilities to public.

Who gives a 5 star rating to a Govt. Office?! (Giving 1 star itself more indeed). I visited this place to get register my vehicle for RC. I don't understand the concept of booking slot,which is 20mins span. I have to wait in a line of almost 50 people on scorching hot day under the direct sunlight for 3 hours. People working in the office(Public Servants) have resemblance to a sloth. They work very slow and complain the Govt. Website and servers. I don't understand why the infrastructure is so poor where they can afford ultra modern amenities with one day income they generate. Buying your dream car you need to pay your hard earned money and one day of putting your physical and mental health stress test.

Best service everything is monitored timely and each counter has specific service and slot wise booking is compulsory.

I would like Thank The RTA Medchal, Specially officer Anji, along with the other officers in the department for helping me out to Procure my Driving License inspite of their hectic schedule. Explained briefly about the Track, giving out information regarding documents. It was a good experience going alone all by myself and finally passing the Test. You get to see more brokers than customers. No waiting hall for waiting customers. Process followed in passport offices may be implemented in RTA office and I am sure the quality will definitely improve.
