I have placed an order a week back and also called in between to check the status. They informed that the item is coming soon. There is no further update from them. I called them today again. They say that it will come in 2 days. When I insisted they say 4 days. This is completely unprofessional customer service. Remember that you should follow up with the customer, not the customer following up with you.

Charged 16000 rs for a motherboard but after few months when I open the laptop I find a black tape of repair and date sticker of original purchase date on my motherboard. Please don't approach these scammers. God will punish you for looting people's hard earned money. I can legally approach to consumer Court.

Useless service center. Do not waste your resources here. They take days to analyse a simple issue. Unless you come and ask they won’t update. The charge of replacement is very high. Even for simple parts they are charging too much. They quoted a part for 2800 but at the end after bargaining it came for 1500. Such huge discrepancy in pricing. Technicians are worthless. Go to some other Dell service center for your own good.
