Very bad service... No Phone calls no answer.. My package received 20 days back this office .. So no call n msg.......

Dead slow service. No one cares about your calls. My friend had couriered a parcel it will take only one day to deliver. They are taking 3-4 days great service. Is there any negative rating they deserve negative rating for negligence. Without my notice how they are changing the date to deliver shame on you DTDC for such acts. I have added the screen shot also. Guys please don't go with DTDC. they are not professional.

They are not capable of one star also I have courier Iphone 11 on 6th of july 2020 someone’s there staff member stole that and they aren’t responding from 4months and today (20/10/2020)someone one said claim your insurance please do not use this DTDC service guys may your valuable get miss and no one will respond you guys dont use DTDC service anywere go to Twitter and Facebook see how many courier are still missing

Very poor responsive...I have a problem with corrier..its shipped from Surath and it reached mehidipatnam master franchisee....bt it shows me not deliver..consignment redirected.. so I called to this branch many times cl is not connecting...and one of the person gave another number its ringing bt they didn't pick the cl... from 2 days onwards iam struggling..bt no one is give any response....this is not fare..
