Phoned to report lots of jobs that have not been completed, The man on the phone sounded like I was interrupting his sleep . Can not get the concept that I work Monday to Friday And try to arrange gas safety checks\ You guessed it \When your at work.I would not recommend these amitures if my life depended on it.

they have now been taken over or merged into onward only going of this 1st exp with them as iits new company not pv took me 3 attempts to get through kept me waiting on the phone ages the 2nd day actually went to the peak valley hub cause in the past they have phoned repairs through for me this time they justt pointed to the phone again were i gave up and walked off after i had been on hold about 7 mins next day finally got through as i pressed the option to leave message rather than waiting perhaps should have done that 1st place rather than waiting for them to pick up the phone anyway repair booked now thursday and i gotta wait till monday b4 i get bath/shower fixed which is leaking and once again ruined the wallpaper downstairs not sure if they expext me and my kid to not shower or bath for 4 days but its not going to happen, and they also advised me to register online got impression they dont want to bother booking repairs by phone

I rang up to report my boiler as broken on the 19th as i have 3 kids and had no heating and hot water. On the Friday and engineer came out to fix it and informed me that they hadn't got the part and somebody would ring me to let me know when they will be out. It's now the 27th and they haven't even rang me to update me on my situation while my children sit here next to a single electric heater they provided me. They have kept me waiting for over a week and half without hot water or heating and having 3 children in the house.

Get a phone call saying that someone from this office is coming out to see you and they don't turn up and don't even phone you to say they are not coming. I missed an hospital appointment with my husband to stay in and wait for these coming
