Used to go here all the time. Great selection of over the counter products. However on last two occasions it has gone downhill. I had a prescription for my son but it did not state \capsules\ just the name of the medication. He is a child with additional needs so important he has the same each time. I asked for the capsules and explained why but was told they were too expensive and the pharmacist would refuse and i'd have to take the prescription back to be rewritten. Maybe need some training around disability. On another occasion I had to have a med review. The pharmacist suggested I start taking a 10 minute walk a day to stay active. I explained I spend 1-2 hours a day in the gym/swimming and he said \yes but you really should start walking 10 minutes a day\. Very odd. Started using a different chemist after the issue with the capsules.

Can sometimes be rude and seem arrogant. They are under the assumption that everyone knows how the system works. I was collecting a prescription for some one else, I won't be doing that again.
