Appalling delivery service. My latest time to arrive was 7pm and still no delivery. No-one answering phone although store still open! This is 3rd delivery from Hyde. 1st 1.45hr late, 2nd 20 worth of goods missing or wrong. No apology! Won’t ever order from Hyde again. Complete farce.

Iceland food warehouse hyde went in yesterday Paid 36ish pound ordered home delivery for between 2 to 4 today Driver turned up with my shopping very apologetic That my frozen stuff was lost as the stickers had fallen off And thus couldnt be identified He apologised a few time asked me for the receipt( but I couldnt find it have since ) Then asked me to write down what was missing On assurance that he would return after 5 as he lives local,with my missing shopping it's now 6.50 no phone call nothing
The branch attended was in prestwich.easy parking.the place was nicely set out.huge choice plus good price structure.reccomended.
Always a pleasure to shop at this branch, clean, tidy and helpful friendly staff. Parking available, disabled entrance and ramp if required. Most items easily found and just a few yards from the shopping centre.
We find the staff always pleasant at Iceland. On this visit we had filled our basket and it became to heavy so the man who works there took it to the checkout where we could find it and brought another basket back so we could finish shopping. He was very helpful. We find a lot of choice in the store including vegetables. Plus lots of savings.
