I want to start by saying I never leave negative reviews but.. Ordered the Shrimp and Chorizo pasta and it came out looking like this. This is honestly my favorite meal not only at Busboys but at any restaurant in DC and Im very frustrated. I used to work here and I know if we ever served this dish to a client it would be sent back immediately. I would have never served this to a table. Also I tried calling to get in contact with someone but was not able to get through. It doesnt even seem like speaking to a representative is an option. I'm not sure why you all think that is a good idea. Its the middle of the pandemic and people are hurting for cash. I've been looking forward to this meal which I consider comfort food for a long time. Now I either have to eat this or drive all the way back and wait for them to make another meal for me. Please refund me for this. And please go back to the recipe that y'all used to use.

Hands-down the best chicken sandwich ever! The chicken was juicy and the coding was flavorful. The chicken sandwich came with pickles and coleslaw on the bun. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with the chicken. Prices were really good and it was very quick. It cost 21 for two of us.
I ordered a vegan black bean burger with arugula, avocado, vegan chipotle mayo and grilled onions. So delicious! The pack of flavor was an immediate and pleasant surprise. Since eating plant-base I normally prepare my own meals at home. This was SUCH a treat. The side of asparagus and wild rice rounded off the meal for me, but the burger definitely can stand alone. Enjoy this even if you eat meat!
We came to busboys and poets in Hyattsville MD today on Valentine’s Day and Monet has been very helpful and proactive. She really provided a great service, she’s awesome!!!!!
I went here for NYE weekend I ordered through door dash which is their certified third party affiliate. I was told by door dash my order was confirmed. I was also messaged by door dash that my order was ready. I get to the restaurant my food was never prepared. I was asked to pay again and take the dispute to door dash. Fast forward door dash never refunded my money and the food was mediocre ‼️DO NOT ORDER USING DOOR DASH ‼️They will try to point the finger if something goes wrong!!!!!!!! Please improve your customer service, if a your affiliate link is scamming people you should no longer work with them.
