People will constantly vomit, urinate and defecate infront of the orange street entrance. Its very disgusting!
Everything was fine before wasting over 3pounds for each single laundry batch and late updates. Disappointed with slow following up by letting office during Sep-Oct 2019
The location is good for food and school, however it is very noise at night as there are a lot of clubbing on the West Street. The sound isolation between rooms are bad too. Most importantly, the washing machines were vandalised on last month and have not yet been replaced, Westone did nothing to compensate us.
I requested inserting double windows for sound insulation as my windows are facing West St which is pretty loud. I recommend anyone do it. If you need a new microwave or something, they give you a dirty one from another apartment. I got mine with spiders and mould :) Also, the original one was super dirty when I first moved in... Make sure you have proof of that when moving out. I would love it here if West One had better customer service & support. They're bad at replying, picking up the phone and problem solving.
