Do not shop here. Paid 1300 for a double pram, bits missing, no communication back from them. It’s not a shop, it’s a lock up unit on an industrial estate and they are rarely open so so you can’t go in and complain.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor company from start to finish. I say finish but I still haven’t finished with them as they’re refusing to give me back my deposit that I put down, they failed to tell me it was non refundable else I wouldn’t have put it down. Now they’ve blocked my messages and are lying to my friend (I’m having to use her account to talk to them) claiming they’ve been trying to contact me but are refusing to give proof (because they don’t have it).
