Of course the food is great. The service is also great. I ordered online for a curbside pickup on the following day. Arrived, called them, told them where I was parked & what car I was in. Within 30 seconds, the dude was headed out there with my order. That's top notch. I expected to wait at least a few minutes. But no- almost instant. Kudos.

Every about this place is great. It's got a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the best BBQ in Arlington. Tender, juicy brisket that has flavor that will keep you wanting more, fall off the bone ribs, great sausage that made in house, amazing street corn, Mac and cheese and different menu features weekly keeling you coming back for more. You will not be disappointed!
The food wasn't bad. Apparently, going at 2 pm means they have a limited selection. The baked potato salad was very good. They were out of all meats except brisket and pork ribs, so that's what we got. The ribs has a nice amount of meat but the brisket had really thick layers of fat. The seasoning wasn't great. The BBQ sauce was very ketchup like. They were out of tortillas and Mac and cheese. They charge a dollar each for buns too. Friendly staff checked on diners regularly. The price doesn't match the quality, I'll be driving the extra to meat u anywhere.
As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I give this place my highest rating. I visited this place solely based on a picture of their food they posted on Twitter. Their customer service was amazing. Their ribs were at the top of my list. Their brisket was the best I had that week. The environment was very clean. It was easy to place an order and the food came out fast. Their portions were the perfect size for BBQ lovers. They are located in what appears to be a very safe area near the cowboys stadium. They are active on social media promoting their items and backing their promotions up with very good food. Everyone in my party of 5 was satisfied with their meal. In this COVID-19 season, they seemed to have good social distancing in place. They also ensured we had everything we needed to eat in our car as we have chosen not to eat inside any restaurants at this time. But if we would have eaten inside, we would have felt comfortable in their place. The one item I didn't get to try was the Texas Twinkie because they were sold out. I'll try it next time I'm in the BBQ capital of the world.
Hurtnado is easily one of the best barbecues I've had in Texas. From the variety and pricing to the entire feel of the place, I was nothing but impressed. I ordered the El Jefe Platter and besides being overwhelmed I was extremely satisfied. Each meat was better than the last. If I'm ever down in Arlington again I'll be stopping by.
