First Class service. I went in to buy a new moisturiser from the Clarins range. Jenny (the lovely Clarins consultant) was fabulous. I learnt so much about skin care but didn't feel under any pressure to buy more products. Alongside my moisturiser I got some great free samples and genuine informative tips of how to use them. I highly recommend Hursts Chemist, they have lots of super cosmetics, perfumes etc and the staff are so warm and friendly.

The pharmacist, Elizabeth is amazing. Kind, thoughtful, sensitive and really went out of her way to put me at ease. The staff are always kind and friendly too. Totally recommend this place.
I went in today to get some Clarins products. I had been trying to order them online and was struggling with what to get and the Boots website was ridiculous. I went to Hursts and had such fantastic customer service. The lady was so so helpful and lovely. She sorted me out with all that i needed and showed me how to apply it correctly. I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience and will now be coming to Hursts for all my cosmetics and recomending Hursts to all my friends and family.
