I've been going to shine for just over a year now and can honestly say it is an absolutely amazing place with great instructors and the most encouraging atmosphere! I have built so much strength and gained so much confidence through this studio, if you're looking for a good fun workout with fantastic people this is definitely the place to be!

I have been with shine Fitness Studio for about 1.5 years. I wasn’t athletic or have sports background but I advanced so much than I imagined or hoped. It’s all because instructors are caring and encouraging no matter what your level at. Not only I am in much better shape but also I feel energized by all the positive energy from people who advance together in class. Joining studio and be part of studio gave me confidence and friends who can share this special journey.
A lot smaller than I initially thought but I think I prefer it! Precautions were taken for CDC regulations. The instructor was knowledgeable and helped me a lot (aerial is hard, lol!). You definitely get crackin right away so it’s worth the money. Just don’t expect your strength level to be able to do every trick!!
Everyone in the studio makes it a comfortable environment. I had never taken pole or hoop classes and they make it SO simple to learn! I feel amazing, sexy, beautiful etc.. thank you SHINE!!!
Everyone is welcoming and the variety of instruction styles/techniques and classes keeps me interested and progressing, which I was definitely missing from my workout routine. They take safety seriously and are always willing to break moves down further. I absolutely love my second home.
