I love this place. I've have a unit there since 2016, and have been a satisfied customer the entire time. The lady who runs it is so amazing, she makes you feel like family. I really have had zero issues and the price is right. I'd give it 10 stars if possible.

I have stored trailers outside and furniture inside a unit at this location for nearly two years. The site is clean and secure. Shannon has always been kind and helpful. Never had any issues. I highly recommend the secure lock storage site in Hurst if you live anywhere in the surrounding area.
Incredible experience, the customer service is fabulous I worked with Shannon Callaghan. She was so friendly and professional. She took time to explain their policies and walked me out to make sure my combination code worked and then took me to my storage unit to make sure the location worked for me. I feel so comfortable with the cleanliness and security of my belongings. I would highly refer Shannon and Securlock.
