We have been with Metro Guard for almost 20 years! Excellent responsiveness. Very professional and freindly service from Mr. Mark Johnson. Follow-ups are all FREE which is great if we have an influx of pests between quarterly treatments. Prices are very reasonable given the level of service, great customer reps on the phone, ease of scheduling and consistently good application levels.

We used Metro Guard in a very old rent house that had a huge issue with bugs and I was shocked that within about 12 hours of them coming out and treating the house boom problem solved. We had them out every 3 months as the recommend and never saw another bug in the house. Service techs are always on time and very friendly. We will definitely continue to use them.

My experience with Metro Guard was positive, and I was very pleased with the technician that serviced my home. I was so worried about the fact that I had discovered carpenter ants that may be destroying my home. Metro Guard tech, Ed, came in with a very pleasant demeanor and made me feel that my home was in good hands. He was experienced, knowledgeable, and made me feel that my humble home was just as important as any other. He took the time to very thoroughly treat all areas, and I'm sure my pest problems are on their way out.

The technicians are always punctual and respectful, the office staff is very prompt in responding to questions and scheduling the quarterly services. They also serviced the warehouse building I used to work at and the above comments also apply. Prices are fair market value.
