From the first email to the completed install, everyone we spoke to or met went out of their way to help and answer every question we had. They offered great suggestions and sent pictures to help us understand their product better and make the right choices. We are thrilled with the finished product - so much so that we are going to add a bit more decking in one of our slips. It truly has made our kayaks and PWCs so much easier to use and enjoy.
