Today was my first time at kings landing park and I’m very impressed. The park is well kept, staff is very nice. The trails are for the most part well maintained, and is dog friendly! Definitely coming back on a regular basis for walks. Highly recommend!!

Awesome place to walk with the family.... decent trails....have a pier to sit or fish off of....maximum 10 people during the pandemic....also a small area to put small boats in the water....kayak, small boats, etc

This park was open, but pleasantly not too busy. Perhaps because it's a weekday and I was here early? It was nice to see park employees going about their business. Many parks these days seem to have been abandoned by the staff, which is sad. I had been here hiking on a couple of occasions, but today was the first time that I realized there is a pier here. Several people were at the pier. One small family had a little table, a small grill and chairs set up in the shade. A couple of people were fishing. I noticed that there is a boat launch here that I never knew about as well. The restrooms near the entrance were super clean and I was relieved to find that they are also air conditioned. The trails were nice today, feeder the encroaching heat. The majority of the trails that we walked in were in the shade of the forest, though I did see some trails that were out in the sun.
