Huntington Hospital has been an amazing hospital to our family over the years! From everything to the birth of all my children, to all the in betweens, emergencies , illnesses and operations. And to also having an incredible emergency room now with people of all professions who care and support that. The volunteers, the nurses, assistants , doctors etc. You have saved lives with your caring support systems, and what’s incredible too is the system that’s set up for when you leave . For your social work department who sets up physical rehab, to the caring staff for setting up after care. During the passing of my father, everyone was the most caring and knowledgeable and we are forever grateful. For taking care of all the covid patients and saving lives, we thank you!

Delivered both my my children here. The first time the L&D were phenomenal but the maternity ward was a bit lacking in care from the staff. This time around the entire experience was great. The labor nurses were caring and if I needed them, they were right there without being pushy. The maternity nurses were amazing. My baby had to stay in the NICU for a few extra days and I saw how they interact with the babies as if they are their own children. They well and truly care about those they are responsible for. Beyond the nurses, the nursing assistants were incredible. Offering to get anything I could ask for, kept everything in the room nice and clean. When leaving and super emotional to leave my little one behind, they offered words of love and encouragement and walked me out to my car. The maternity and l&d have their own parking lot and entrance so you don’t have to go through the entire hospital. The food was good, more like room service than hospital food. The suite we were in was private and looked like a hotel room. It was comfortable for my partner and I to stay in. They even give you a celebratory steak and lobster dinner for you and your partner. Due to Covid we couldn’t walk around and visits were limited to 2-6 pm and 1 18 person at a time. Highly recommend this hospital for its level of care.

Great staff. Clean emergency room. No issues with checking in and really took the time to explain what was going on. Definitely will be coming back for a follow up but it’s wonderful knowing this place is here.

I went to the emergency last night at 2:00 am cuz of the puncture in my hand the black guy at the reception of emergency was so rude. I was bleeding so much even though he saw that so rudely he pulled on and off my mask of my face to take my temperature. And also for taking blood pressure I was struggling to take my arm out jacket cuz my hand was bleeding, and hurting so much. I feel like it’s very disrespectful. Looks like he didn’t wanted to do his job or I disturbed him from playing on his phone. Other than that the doctor and the other registered nurses were very nice.

Was there visiting a family friend and ended up stepping into cafeteria and saw their amazing new patient menu and was really excited to see how well they treat and feed their patients. It gets really glumly if the food isn’t great and it feels like eating prisoner food. I am greatful on how well they treat their patients and staff.
