Good products and easy access. The selection of tools is not so good, but there is a Toolstation within the store, which is very good.
I visited the Huntingdon store after checking online stock availability. Sadly the information online was incorrect and they didn't have the tiles I was looking for on the shelves. I wandered around the store for over 10 minutes looking for someone to help me and check warehouse stock. The store was heaving with costumers with only two visible members of staff to help, one of those was serving on checkout, the other was running around like a headless chicken trying to deal with customer queries ( I felt really sorry for him). This store is what can only be described as chaotic and disorganised. We drove over to Wisbech store which was very well organised and helpful. Huntingdon, you need to take some guidance from the Wisbech store
Always seem to leave with items i went in for and if I'm lucky few extra bits too...depends if I'm on my own or wife with me. Love the little coffee/breakfast bar/trailer outside the front.. .
