Great Bunch of guys , really helped me out with the mot on my van it needed quite a few things repairing , they kept me informed all the way , great service , we all must try and support our local people , just like to add after reading other reviews that i have used them for many years , and i am fully confident that they give 100%,,, 11 , 01 2012 like to add another job waterpump and timing belt etc once again dug me out of a hole so I could get my friend to hospital next day .. thanks again Pomfret Motors

They did one simple oil change and stripped the thread on the oil drain plug because they over tightened it trying to stop the leak that they caused by re using the drain plug . On VW crafters the oil drain plug is designed to only be used once . VW replace the plug with every oil change and Pomfret should of known this but they don't know much about anything. They said they can't be responsible for it? It cost me over 750 to get it fixed at VW dealership in St Ives. It is very difficult to find anyone in the fens with any skills they are all mainly pond life.
