Understanding triage for my nervous rescue cat’s needs gave me confidence to get him into the basket, frightened as he was to come in for treatment for a cat bite to his rear. On arrival a kind nurse met me and took Socks in for treatment, returning him to me in the car park afterwards. I highly recommend for their compassion and kindness as well as the effective treatment offered
Amazing service at such a difficult time. Managed to book both pets in quite quickly and both pets were and always are taken care of amazingly. Even my scaredy cat dog who is terrified of the vets!
