Very nice and lovely place for toddlers and young kids for a family day out. Good variety of animals and birds. Clean area and not too crowded. You need to book ticket online prior to visit, mind you. Kids really enjoyed the neat Play area near coffee shop. Would love to see it grow to shelter animals like elephants, lions, crocodiles and some aquatic life forms in near future.

Better than expected. Great size for mini zoo and variety of animals and birds. Even in cold weather we managed to see/spot all the animals.

Really well laid out zoo with lots of rare animals to see. Reasonably priced tickets my 5 year old grandson was happy for the time we were there, he was close to the animals and interested in everything...well worth a visit you won't be disappointed

It is a special place, showing much caring for the wide variety of animals. Social distancing is carefully observed and hand washing facilities are everywhere. There is a playground, and a cafe with a picnic area

A great little zoo, it may not have penguins, giraffes, lions, or elephants, but it has a great diverse select of animals which you don't usually see at other zoos. Lovely countryside location, with a good kids playpark. Staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. Coffee's not great, so perhaps take your own ;)
