Very bad customer service. Ordered 5 items of furniture (2 wardrobes, large set of drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinet) when delivered one wardrobe was damaged and one was completely the wrong item. Due to difficulties around covid I agreed to accept the incorrect wardrobe and a discount on the damaged one (was damaged on back edge) to save them the inconvenience of having to return and replace two large wardrobes on the proviso I had a discount. However despite me trying to be helpful only a miserly discount was offered (30) and when declined the communication stopped. Be warned this company refuse to take credit cards only debit cards therefore you can't even use the protection that they offer. Still small claims can take it up.
