It is evident that Chorus Homes do not care about the elderly, for two days now we have not had any hot water in a building owned by Chorus Homes. After several phone calls and every time the assurance that someone will be out to look at it has not been fixed. It’s weekend now and will not be done before next week which means that you have frail people in their 80’s without hot water. No caring eve though their customer letters says that caring is at the forefront of what they do. None of it exists

26 flats at Medway Court have Been without hot water for two days and as it’s now Friday 7.10pm we probably won’t get any hot water till Monday. No urgency concerns despite have one resident with COVID 19 (now in hospital ) What happened to health and safety and care of the elderly? Wash hands etc, sorry extremely poor management, don’t care attitude and NOT worth a star!

Truth Prevails

They ignore complaints, emails and repairs that needed doing BEFORE we moved in. The Neighbourhood officers are too cowardly to be fully transparent and make their emails available because they don't want to do their job. Repairs get deleted or ignored. Complaint emails get ignored. Their contractors are unprofessional and don't wear masks when coming into your home. This company is a mess and it's almost as if they think by changing their name to Chorus Homes after such a horrible history under the Luminus name, that changes their work ethic and reputation. The council needs to end the contract with them managing homes and give it to a housing association that can handle it and can hire COMPETENT staff. They can change their name but they will always be the Luminus Cult.

Truly the worst experience of any kind of service provider I have ever encountered in any kind of context. I have 8 years of experiencing this and have counterless examples of poor customer service. I will not type them all out as I refuse for them to waste any more of my time. I really am looking to relocate purely on the basis of their inability to property manage. This is no exaggeration.

Been waiting since the end of july for new bath taps as I have no cold water coming from the tap. I have my 91 year old dad with me and it's not an emergency. Got a text to say plumber will be with me around 9. 3.30 still hadn't arrived,my dad rang and they are coming middle September Absolutely disgusting
