I purchased a Cambridge Campervans conversion which was excellent in itself however the measure of any good Company is how they deal with issues and Cambridge Campervans came out as 5 star. I had an issue and despite living several hundred miles away the team managed to come up with a great solution and managed to fix this without me having to travel. Well done. Excellent customer service.

Following a couple of visits with no sales pressure useful discussions with Tracy, Paul and the young(er) chap cleaning the vans. I felt confident in making a life changing purchase. My T6 was professional customised to my specifications and then deliver to my door in a timely fashion. An issue with the water tank was resolved in a fast, no quibble manner giving further confidence in the pre and post purchase customer service offered by the team. Since recieving my 'Eden' I have used her most days for lunch breaks, beach fun, and long days in the sun...roof open, kettle on, kick back and relax. We hired a campervan from Cambridge Campervans for a week. The hiring process was easy and videos were provided well in advance so we could familiarise ourselves with how the van works. Upon collection we were informed that the hire vehicle had been replaced. We identified that the new van was missing the bike rack that we had wanted. The team immediately went about fixing that for us and apart from a few minutes to fit a new rack there was zero impact. The van was brilliant, everything worked as it should and we had a brilliant week touring the west coast of Scotland.

Great service. Paul and Carl were very helpful and answered all my questions. The van was in excellent condition and camper conversion is top quality. We have wanted a camper for a while and it exceeded our expectations, we love it. I would highly recommend Cambridge Campers.
