Without Karen I don't know what I would do! She has been a godsend during my house sale and I can't ever thank her enough. If you want an estate agent that will fight your corner and get the results that you need then you need this estate agent and Karen. I was arranging a mortgage for a client buying in the area. Karen and the team at Hunters made sure the process was flawless. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They are a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. I could tell they really care about both buyer and seller and go the extra mile. Top job !
Don’t expect to receive your deposit back if you rent through this company. They will deduct money from your deposit for damage/issues that already existed pre tenancy, issues that have already been reported several times. Karen is a truly nasty piece of work.
Tried to book viewings for several properties over phone and by email. Spoke to woman on phone who seemed disinterested. Impossible to arrange viewings. Found two of staff very unhelpful and one was very abrupt for no reason. Totally unimpressed. Appears to be saving properties for developers or friends etc. I have a feeling many of reviews below are from staff or friends or sellers. Wouldn't recommend to approach as a buyer. To be honest I am now actively avoiding house up for sale with this estate agent because of the dreadful experience I have had.
