Didn't have the best experience here. Took a ring to be re-sized and shortly after the diamond became loose. We went back and were told fairly rudely that the re-sizing had nothing to do with it and that the setting was to blame. This seemed unlikely given it hadn't been loose beforehand but had come loose almost immediately after the re-sizing. We were told we'd need to pay to change the setting, or alternatively they could tighten the prongs for free. We opted for the latter and were told we'd be called when it was finished. A week later I called to enquire on progress and found it was finished but we hadn't been contacted. I was then told that there was a 30 charge for the prong tightening. When I questioned this I was told again in fairly rude terms that the setting was to blame and there was no way the re-sizing could have been the cause. We ended up paying the 30 to retrieve the ring.
