I will leave this review for an edit later, hopefully in praise of H&P MITSUBISHI for their astute and professional customer service in response to the damage and general lack of courtesy that took place for our first scheduled service. The incidents of major negligence that essentially had our 2020 Eclipse Cross Exceed suffer its first surface collision and then suffering what could be possibly hundreds of pounds of botched haphazard bodywork repair of the damages thereof. If the resolve is swift and satisfactory following our contact then rest assured I will detail the satisfactory experience in the edit.

So I bought a used car from Jon a couple of weeks ago. His relaxed, non-pushy approach was greatly appreciated, answering questions, and effectively letting the car sell itself. Despite being busy, he dealt with everything quickly and communicated with me well. A very positive experience. After a week the car developed an issue. Fortunately the service team dealt with me really well- helping me get the car assessed, and then providing me with a good courtesy car while they had my vehicle in for repair. Their communication was, again, really good. It was fixed promptly, and, if course, covered under warranty without any argument or quibbling. Again, another very positive experience. It feels nice to be looked after, so I am sure I will be back next time my wife and I need another car.
Great shop, great service, especially from Jin who was very swift with all the information that I requested about my new car. Jon kept me informed all the way and sorted my accessories out as well. No rush, no push Jon Well done
If you are looking for a reliable, value for money vehicle and excellent customer service. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE. if you are set on buying a vehicle from these people, make sure that you take an independent mechanic to inspect with a fine tooth comb and thoroughly road test! If Google allowed zero stars I would have left that. No doubt they will reply that the vehicle is now out of warranty. However they won't mention that it was returned to them multiple times from day 1 of purchase. I was repeatedly assured that the fault was rectified but it never was. After spending over 2k of my own money on repairs, investigations and replacement parts, recovery charges and my time, I was just met with constant excuses. Eventually I admitted defeat and got rid.of the vehicle. I was left with over 3k of outstanding finance. I was over 5k out of pocket by the end. I'm sure that they will provide more excuses in response to this review but read through the other reviews to see that this is not a one off incident. I would hate for anyone else to have the same fate befall them.
Couldn't recommend this place enough! I've been using Humphries & Parks for a few years now, and they can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. Mike has always been so helpful with me when looking for the right vehicle, and helping me through my finance options. All of the staff are so friendly, happy to help and make you feel really relaxed. Many other places push you into making fast decisions, but I felt really at ease here, which is so important! Thank you all so much guys :)
