I booked a holiday last year for September 2020- Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Due to the current situation and the fact that I do suffer from high blood pressure, also because of the Government advice that only essential travel to those countries is advised the agency refused to give me my deposit back, instead they offered my to change the dates for additional 200.... they didnt mentioned that Cambodia requires 3000 to be deposited at the airport when you arrive to the country in case you caught the virus and that would cover the hospital and potential Body cremation! So basically they dont care about those circumstances, about the health and live of its clients only business matters. I do not recommend this agency- avoid if you can, they may be good for the good times....not for current situation
