Excellent - So lucky to have this wonderful practice which is run by an amazing team. I was recently seen by Dr Cotton who was incredibly thorough and sympathetic - not only did he address the problem straight away but also called me the same day to let me know he was organising a further appointment for me. Receptionist is unprofessional. I have been waiting 4 and a half hours for a call back whilst in agonizing pain. Unhappy with the lack of professionalism
Absolutely atrocious telephone service. Always has a 'busy' ringtone, it's been like this about 70% of the time since I joined! And when the phone does go through, it just keeps ringing and ringing without anyone answering. You will find numerous other reviews complaining about the same fact - they are not lying! The Handforth practice itself is good, but the phone service is beyond terrible.
