Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The carpet fitters gave excellent service too.very friendly and polite. Even cleared up the remenant carpet.i will certainly be using this company again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks guys.

Love this place, staff are friendly and professional, we bought our flooring from here and it is excellent quality and will be looking at getting a couple of carpets from there. Highly recommended.

Shocking customer service experience. Walked in and there was a man stood behind the counter and a lady making a drink in the back. After 10 minutes of stood waiting patiently I asked for assistance to be told he would be over shortly. 5 minutes later I looked over and there was no sign of anyone coming over so we left the shop. I was surprised that a very quiet shop with from what I can see very little customers had no time to assist the only customer in the shop. Lost sale and poor review is their result of this performance. Got a feeling this shop won’t be there for to much longer from the look of things and I can now see why.
