Good Prices and friendly staff. I dealt with James, a smart and knowledgeable salesman who dealt with the issues I had found with the car prior to purchase. Good levels of Covid measures and I did not feel at risk. Stoneacre do inform you about other products and warranty that may be of interest, but understand that they may not be for everyone, so ai did not feel pressured. Well done James.
1 star even too much for them, i had my service with them few times, the 1st time after they scratched my car, they try to wax my car, try to hide, but there was 3 big places too hard to hide, when i ask them about it, they said it must be like this when came today, after call the HQ i told them i going to tell KIA about this, then they decided to paint my 2 weeks later. That was the 1st time, after this matter i think it's OK just forgive them, so next year i been there again, after the service i have found out my alloy wheel scratched this time, no surprise they told me \it must be like this when came today\. so that's it i am really done with them, one of the reception has been really pain on the face last few years.
