The poorest pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. Always have to wait between 15-20mins for my prescription and wait more 10mins for someone to answer the phone very poor. Time to switch pharmacy.
I've recently decided to leave this chemist and have my prescription sent to another place, every single time I went to pick up my percription I would be questioned about my medication the pharmistis insisting they know better then my neurologist about my severe brain condition and what doseage my specialist perscribes, having to wait upto an hour for my medication to be dispensed and never receiving an apology for important medication not being available. All this was before the covid 19 pandemic.
I would give the staff at this usually efficient pharmacy quite good commendations, however their control and efficiency when it comes to delivering prescription items is becoming not very good at all. 3 times they have delivered a controlled drug to the WRONG place and not got a readable signature. I get very angry when a serious drug is so carelessly handled. If it had got into the wrong hands there could have been serious repercussions .
