There is plenty of parking available. The store is set up well to accommodate the changes needed due to the virus. Staff were helpful and friendly. The fitting rooms aren't open at the moment and you can't try footwear on in the store. Everywhere is clean and hand sanitizers are available in the store.

Ordered an item for click and collect, waited a week and half for it to arrive. Picked up today to find it was chipped and cracked, one part was in half.

I bought a throw at an amazing price, the lady who served me was really friendly and chatted to me about how she had bought her daughter one. Being friendly and polite to customers goes a long way and can make a difference to someones day.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated in this store today. I paid at the till what was asked of me for my items, then discovered that I've been charged twice for the same item. I returned to the till before leaving the store and was told that it was my fault as I did not question how much I was paying. Also that it is my responsibility to check what I'm paying. Not only am I now waiting upto 5 working days for my money back but was spoken to with absolute rudeness and aggressive body language. Sure to say that after so many years of shopping as a loyal customer I will not be returning. All it took was an apology and an instant repayment for the money they've over charged me by. How disappointed am i right now.. please double check what you are paying at the tills with the store in question as after all matalan staff state that it is your responsibility as the customer.

It's Matalan, c'mon guys you know the drill. Matalan is fast fashion mass produced. The clothing is of good quality and the household items are fantastic. It's my go to place for jeans. Ample parking and an open airy store with room for browsing. Staff are cheerful and seemingly helpful. I love going with plenty of cash for a haul. Great stuff.
