Saturday afternoon, I rang for a new spare part, a cooker element, when I arrived at the shop the part was on the counter and waiting for me, it was the correct part, while there I also bought a light bulb for the cooker oven light, the gentleman who served me took it out of the box before selling it to check the filament was intact. Good old fashioned true quality service and experience. I will use this shop in future for any electrical appliance needs. Thank you for providing an excellent service.

Even though they are not open to shop, I received the most helpful customer service with a part for our oven. We stayed outside whilst he found the part I needed after a phone conversation explaining the issue we had. And as usual an indipendant business gave a great price for the part also 5 stars from me.
